Gnocchi di Patate with salmon

Pasta di Patate with salmon

Ingredients for 2/3 persons

  • 500 g Gnocchi di Patate
  • 1 shallot
  • 120 g smoked salmon
  • ½ glass dry white wine
  • 1 pinch chopped parsley
  • ½ glass cooking cream
  • 1 spoonful extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Chop the shallot finely and brown for a few minutes in the olive oil, add the smoked salmon and immediately afterwards the white wine; leave to cook for approx. two minutes.
Cook the gnocchi and add them to the sauce, sprinkle with the parsley and serve immediately.
