Tyrolean Spätzle with Speck and Gorgonzola cheese

Recipe recommended for: Spinach spätzle, Spinach Pasta di Patate.
Ingredients for 2/3 persons
- 350 g Spätzle / 500 g Pasta di Patate
- 150 g unripened mild Gorgonzola cheese
- 40 g smoked speck
- ½ glass milk
Melt the Gorgonzola with the milk in a frying pan over a low flame; cut the speck into thin strips. Cook the spätzle, drain and put them into the frying pan with the Gorgonzola; add the speck, mix well and serve immediately.
