Garlic Free Genovese Pesto
extravirgin olive oil 52%,PDO Genovese basil 25%, PDO Grana Padano (milk, salt, rennet, preservative: egg protein lysozyme), pine nuts, walnuts, salt, PDO Pecorino Romano (sheep's milk, salt, rennet), antioxidant: ascorbic acid, acidity regulator: citric acid.
May contain traces of nuts, celery and fish.
While still cold, pour the pesto into a mixing bowl, add the cooked and drained pasta and mix. We suggest only lightly salting the pasta water. Before serving, garnish with some fresh basil leaves, pine nuts and grated Grana Padano cheese.
The quantity of pesto in this package is the perfect seasoning for 1,3 kg (16 servings) of dry pasta.
