Gluten Free Patamore Fresh Potato Gnocchi

GLUTEN FREE Fresh potato gnocchi

 

INGREDIENTS:
Fresh potatoes 80%, gluten free mixing (corn starch, rice flour, corn flour, thickener: vegetable fiber, guar seeds flour) eggs, salt, sunflower seed oil (sprinkled on surface).
Contains: eggs, gluten < 20 ppm

 

Pre-cooked product, pasteurized, and packed in a protective atmosphere, no added preservatives.

Cooking in pot

Pour in boiled and salted water. Cook for around 2 minutes and as soon as they emerge, pick them up with a slotted spoon.

Directly in the pan

Prepare a slightly watery sauce and add the gnocchi straight from the package. Cook on a steady flame for a few minutes and gently stir until the sauce has sufficiently thickened.
