Green potato gnocchi

Ingredients for 2/3 people

  • 500g of Potato Gnocchi
  • 1 handful of wild rocket
  • 1 handful of fresh basil
  • 1 handful of Swiss chard
  • 1 handful of fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
  • salt and pepper
Preparation:   5 minutes - 3 servings -

Cut the herbs into small pieces and in the meantime boil the gnocchi and pour into a saucepan, then add the olive oil, chopped herbs and Parmigiano. Leave the saucepan on the heat for another minute so that the beet tops wilt a little, mix everything well and serve immediately.
