Potato Gnocchi with La Gastronomia Ligure Pesto and green beans

Ingredients for 2/3 people

  • 500g of Potato Gnocchi
  • 170g of Genovese Pesto with PDO Genovese Basil La Gastronomia Ligure
  • 4g of salt
  • 50g of green beans
  • extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:   20 minutes - 3 servings -

Wash the green beans then boil them in salted water, drain and set aside.

Cut the green beans into small pieces and heat them with a splash of oil, mixing in the pesto.
Boil the gnocchi and add the sauce, mix well, and serve immediately.
