Tyrolean Spätzle with creamed Gorgonzola

Ingredients for 2/3 people

  • 350g of Spätzle/500g of Potato Gnocchi
  • 150g of fresh Gorgonzola blue cheese
  • half a glass of milk
Preparation:   5 minutes - 3 servings -

Mix the gorgonzola with the milk in a saucepan on a low heat, boil the spätzle and mix it with the creamed cheese.
Mix well and serve immediately.
