Cauliflower Gnocchi
Made only with real cauliflower.
INGREDIENTS:
cauliflower 65%, gluten-free blend (corn starch, rice flour, corn flour, thickeners: vegetable fiber, corn seed flour), salt, extra virgin olive oil (sprinkled on the surface). Not containing allergens.
Absolutely zero preservatives or flavorings.
Pour in boiled and salted water. Cook for around 1 minute and as soon as they emerge, pick them up with a slotted spoon.

Prepare a slightly watery sauce and add the gnocchi straight from the package. Cook on a steady flame for a few minutes and gently stir until the sauce has sufficiently thickened.
